We are a not-for-profit organisation aimed at promoting and rewarding excellent levels of customer service within Staffordshire.

Service 1st is run by a steering group of local businesses.  Now in its fourth year, it aims to promote and reward excellent customer service in Staffordshire. 

The awards are open to any type or size of business and judging is based on the findings of the professional mystery customer visit conducted by service measurement specialists, Service Science.
